Diesel engine cylinder leakage detection set
  • This type of diagnostic testing allows the technician to determine compression or cylinder head problem areas, that cannot normally be found with other compression test routines. When air is introduced at a constant rate to each cylinder in turn, the rate of loss of air is registered & noted. Higher losses indicate serious faults, and point of escape can help indicate possible problem areas.
  • Large, Ø56mm, diagnostic gauge with rubber bumper and regulator.
  • Straight and right angled quick connect fittings and an extensive range of glow plug and injector adaptors enable this kit to cover most popular cars and vans.
  • Clamp-on injector adaptors enable this kit to cover a vast majority of car, van, truck and bus, agricultural and marine diesel engines.
  • Additional glow plug adaptors enable this kit to also cover a wide range of car and van diesel engines.
